Big Data in the H2020 Societal Challenge Secure, Clean and Efficient energy

16 June, Brussels.  A workshop on big data in the energy sector  will be held on the 16th of June, 2015. This workshop will provide a key opportunity for stakeholders in the energy sector to influence the design of BigDataEurope’s big data platform – and the benefits that platform will deliver.

The aim of the workshop, is the identification of current and future challenges for data management and analysis in the energy domain; challenges to be tackled with the evolving Big Data technology.

Contributing to a resilient Energy Union: Paving the way for a successful new European Energy R&I Approach through an Integrated Energy Storage and Smart Grid Strategy

In the context of Sustainable Energy Week 2015, Invest Northern Ireland is organising a seminar addressing the role of energy storage and smart grids within the framework of the SET Plan Integrated Roadmap. 23rd International Conference and Exhibition on Electricity Distribution
